About
Faith Natalie Ibrahim is the founder of 919 Vrede Ltd, a regenerative, systems-led fashion company she launched at 19 years old. What began as a creative venture has evolved into a platform for rethinking how value, ethics, and impact are built across global industries.
Her work is shaped by over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, spanning design, product development, manufacturing, strategy, and leadership. Faith is a four-time graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (Los Angeles), with formal training in fashion design, international manufacturing and product development, the business of denim, and business management. She also holds an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London.
Throughout her career, Faith has collaborated with global brands including Converse, Levi’s, Guess, Uniqlo, HBO Max, and Red Bull. Her experience spans the full supply chain — from denim production at Saitex and local denim development for DÔEN, to technical design at Fashion Nova. Her creative work includes serving as a fashion designer for Beyoncé’s 2022 Academy Awards performance, as well as five years as a costume designer and creative artist for Tina Knowles-Lawson’s Wearable Art Gala through the WACO Theatre Center.
Alongside her industry work, Faith has remained deeply engaged in education, advocacy, and systems change. She has served as a Community Ambassador for Remake, received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Mayor of Los Angeles for sustainability solutions in the fashion industry, and has been recognised through leading accelerators and innovation programmes. These include KPMG’s BEA Accelerator, WE Innovate by Imperial College Enterprise Lab, Village Capital’s Greentech Women in Europe (in partnership with the Visa Foundation), and the DOHE Accelerator for education-focused founders. She was also nominated by KPMG as one of the most promising medium-sized businesses.
“Integrity isn’t a value you claim, it’s a system you design.”
Driven by integrity.
Today, Faith works at the intersection of climate, culture, and global systems as a founder, strategist, and speaker. She is an Entrepreneur in Residence at the London College of Fashion and a Visiting Lecturer in Fashion Communications, advising and educating the next generation of leaders on ethics, storytelling, and impact-led innovation. Her speaking engagements include keynote addresses at Accendere 2025, The Charity Lounge 2025, and education-led initiatives focused on regenerative fashion and narrative-driven leadership.
Across all her work, Faith is guided by a central belief: integrity must be designed into systems, not retrofitted through marketing. Whether advising organisations, speaking on global stages, or building her own company, she focuses on helping leaders move beyond performative sustainability toward regenerative, culturally intelligent models built to last.
