Faith Natalie Ibrahim is a strategist working across growth, sustainability, and innovation, with a background that bridges design, manufacturing, and business systems. She holds four degrees from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, including Fashion Design, International Manufacturing & Product Development, and Business Management alongside an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London.

Her strategic work spans early-stage startups, established businesses, and impact-led organisations. Faith has advised on sustainability and ESG strategy for Constrix Real Estate, led business growth and operating strategy for Maine Consults Ltd (Financial Consulting), developed marketing strategy for an AI knit, a health-based material startup in London, and supported startup strategy for consumer and lifestyle brands including the athleisure venture Never Too Late. Her experience also includes designing a domestic denim production strategy for Zander Mercy in Los Angeles.

Faith brings a strong sustainability lens to her advisory work, shaped by her role as a Community Ambassador for Remake and recognition as a Finalist in The Mills Fabrica Techstyle for Good programme for a cotton farming innovation. She has also participated in the Cotton On Game Changer Competition, contributing to forward-looking conversations on responsible materials and supply chains.

In parallel with her consulting work, Faith served as Director of Marketing and Community Relations for the Imperial College Africa Business Club, leading strategy, partnerships, and community growth initiatives. Across all engagements, her approach is grounded, analytical, and execution-focused—helping organisations translate ambition into strategies that are commercially viable, ethically sound, and built to last.
